About WZO

The World Zionist Organization was founded at the initiative of Theodore Herzl at the First Zionist Congress which took place in August 1897 in Basle, Switzerland.

When it was founded, the goals of the Zionist movement were stated in a resolution that came of that Congress and came to be known as the "Basle Program."

Zionism aims at establishing for the Jewish people a legally assured home in Eretz Yisrael. To achieve this purpose, the following means shall be employed:

Prize draw terms and conditions

These terms and conditions refer to the prize draw brought to you by Development Company for Israel (International) Ltd, whose registered office is at Platinum House, Gabriel Mews, Crewy's Road, London NW2 2GD ("DCI", "Israel Bonds") and by World Zionist Organization in the UK, whose registered office is at Olympia House, Armitage Road, London NW11 8RQ ("WZO").

The prize draw (the "draw") is open to UK permanent residents who are over the age of 18. Employees of Israel Bonds and/or WZO, or any organisation professionally involved in this promotion, or their close relatives, are not eligible to enter. By taking part in the Competition, entrants are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

By submitting an entry to the Competition, you agree that the submission will not harm Israel Bonds or WZO, or its reputation, or lead to any unwanted or unfavourable publicity.

Entry Requirements
The Competition will allow entrants to be in with a chance of winning one of three prizes ("the Prizes").

To register, an entrant must provide their name, a valid email address, a valid UK telephone number. Upon registration submission, an entrant will receive a confirmation email. If an entrant does not receive their confirmation email, they can contact the Israel Bonds Customer Services team, who can arrange for the email to be re-sent. In accordance with GDPR, the team are unable to amend any registration details without the full consent of the registered entrant.

Registered entrants can submit their entry up to 15.00 on the 26^th of June 2022, after which entries will not be considered.

We will notify the winners as soon as we can after the draw has taken place. Israel Bonds and WZO's decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into. We do not accept responsibility for entries which fail to reach us before the closing date for any reason, are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted.

If Israel Bonds or WZO has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Competition or any entry) we reserve the right (in our sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.

Only one registration per person will be accepted, although you might find the ability to enter multiple times, only one entry will be counted.

2. Prizes

There are various Prizes available to be won and these are supplied by Israel Bonds and WZO.

Prizes available to win will vary in type, and value. There will be various volumes of each Prize available to win. The Prize(s) are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier and all product warranties, guarantees or other representations in relation to the prizes are as provided by the supplier. We will not be liable for any non-compatibility of the prizes with any other product or service.

The Prizes exclude any costs incurred that are incidental to the redemption of the Prize including but not limited to travel insurance, delivery charges, travel or spending money to redeem the Prize or personal expenses.

The winner is advised to check and is responsible for any tax implications which may arise as a result accepting prizes.

Prizes are subject to availability. Israel Bonds and WZO reserve the right to substitute the Prizes for a Prize or Prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control, otherwise the Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted, exchanged or transferred for any other gift, voucher or cash alternative.

If a winner chooses to cancel their Prize or suffers damage/loss to their Prize, or in the event that, following confirmation of acceptance of the Prize, the winner is unable to accept the Prize, the Prize will be withdrawn and/or no replacement Prize will be issued. Prizes cannot be reinstated if expired, lost or stolen. Israel Bonds and WZO accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the selected Prizes. Unsuccessful participants will have no claim or action whatsoever against Israel Bonds or WZO, its agents, employees or agencies as a result of participating in the draw.

Our Liability to you
We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any loss or damage by entering the draw (including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill that arises out of or in connection with your participation in the draw) or from our refusal to allow you to take part in the draw or our withdrawal of the draw or any other failure or inability by you to participate in or benefit from the draw for any reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

How we will use your entry
If you enter the draw, we will use any relevant details submitted as part of your entry ("Entry")that you provide for the purposes of administering the draw and judging the entries. We may need to share your details with our agents or contractors who help us to run our marketing and promotional activities. If you do not consent to such use of your details, please do not enter the prize draw. Israel Bonds and WZO reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and/or withdraw the draw at any time without notice.

These terms and conditions (and all non-contractual claims and disputes) are governed by English law and by entering the prize draw you agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any such claims or disputes which arise out of or in connection with this prize draw.
